Our Story

How It All Began

REACH (Recognizing Each Action Can Help) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming lives through scholarships, vocational training, and community support programs. Founded by Philip B. Suah, Jr. and Hawa Suah, REACH has been providing scholarships locally in Liberia and is now supporting the first batch of international students studying in Rwanda.

Mr. Philip B. Suah, Jr.

Executive Director

Philip B. Suah Jr. is a Liberian humanitarian and the founder of the REACH Organization (Recognizing Each Action Can Help). Though he did not have abundant resources, he chose to give back to society, guided by a strong commitment to service and community development. His vision is centered on creating opportunities and empowering individuals through practical support and education. Alongside his wife, Hawa Suah, he has remained dedicated to impacting lives and supporting young people to reach their potential. Their work continues to reflect a belief that real change begins with a willing heart and consistent action.
